Cristiano Ronaldo has taken advantage of Real Madrid's Christmas break by jetting over to Miami to relax ahead of the club's next match on December 30.
The 30-year-old attended the Miami Heat's narrow 93-92 defeat by the Detroit Pistons on Tuesday night and he was given a warm welcome by the Eastern Conference franchise.
Miami Heat gave the Real Madrid superstar a basketball jersey with his name and favourite number on the back.

Ronaldo — who has donned the No 7 shirt for Manchester United, Real Madrid and Portugal during his illustrious career — sat courtside as the Heat fell to their 11th defeat of the season.
The Portugal captain has often been the match winner in big games but he played a watching role at the American Airlines Arena.
Detroit's Kentavious Caldwell-Pope ensured his side came away from Miami with the win by scoring his side's last seven points.
Ronaldo, who sat courtside, was greeted by British basketball star Luol Deng before the pair shared a joke.
